We know all of our farmers in person. We have seen how they create their product. So we are 100% sure, that all of the ingredients and dishes we cook and serve are fresh and natural.
Support for local farmers
We prefer buying ingredients straight from producers, avoiding deal with retailers, who buy products from farmers in low prices. This is how we support and stimulate growth of local farming.
We try to cook and serve not only premium parts of cow, but also other parts – flank, cheeks, calves and tongue. We think, that killing cow for 5-10 kilos of premium meat is and ecology crime.
We gather used batteries for further utilization. We use recycled paper and biodegradable materials for food delivery packaging, so our production and business in general is eco-friendly. We care about our environment.
"OGONЁK" is all about tasty and healthy cuisine, with accent on Far Eastern specialties. We always have something to amuse our local and foreign guests!
